“The Refining Fire”

Updated: Nov 10

Scripture:“For you, God, tested us; you refined us like silver.”— Psalm 66:10 (NIV)

Reflection:Fire doesn’t just burn it purifies.

It removes the things that can’t withstand heat, revealing what’s pure, what’s true, what’s you. Every test, every trial, every heartbreak wasn’t to destroy you it was to refine you. To pull out the gold that’s been hidden under fear, pride, or pain. And now, daughter, you shine differently. The glow isn’t surface it’s forged. The strength isn’t loud it’s learned. You’ve been through the fire, but you didn’t burn out. You burned brighter.

Prayer:Lord, refine me until nothing remains but what looks like You. Take away anything that dulls my shine or distracts my purpose. Thank You for trusting me with the fire and using it to make me whole. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Declaration:I am being refined, not ruined. The fire is forming me for greater.I am gold in God’s hands.
